However many potatoes you’d like to consume
Boil however many small, thin-skinned potatoes you would like to consume in heavily salted water (anywhere from 20-100g of salt per potato to your preference).
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
piece of white bread, torn up into small bits
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Mash together pepper, cumin, garlic, paprika and salt in a mortar and pestle. Add vinegar and oil, mix well.
